Ground Breaking for new Surface Water Treatment Facility
Thursday, March 10, 2011 the City of Lodi Public Works Department, City, County and Woobridge Irrigation District officials broke ground for the new Surface Water Treatment Facility (SWTF) project. Community members heard from Anne Beard, assemblymember Alyson Hubers representative; Andy Christensen, General Manager of the Woodbridge Irrigation District, Wally Sandelin, Public Works Director and Mayor Bob Johnson.
